CBD Energy Balls with
Strawberry, Almond, and Coconut
We usually find ourselves turning to the same two things in the middle of the day: a snack & CBD. Everyone needs an afternoon pick-me-up and this is one of our all-time favorite recipes to do just that. In less than 10 minutes, you’ve got a stash of tasty that’s perfect for work, school, travel or weekend errands. Each strawberry energy ball is packed with nutrients and contains ~10mg of CBD – just enough to get you dialed back in to the rest of your day. Of course, you can always adjust for your perfect dose.
Ingredients:
1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
2/3 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
4-5 strawberries (tops removed)
2 droppers of Dazey’s Regular CBD oil (100mg)

Ingredients:
1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
2/3 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
4-5 strawberries (tops removed)
2 droppers of Dazey’s Regular CBD oil (100mg)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the coconut flakes to a blender or food processor and pulse until you form a choppy paste of sorts. Note that if you want to be very precise in your CBD dosage per ball, you can also opt to add the CBD in the next step.
Remove from blender/food processor and roll into small balls about the size of a ping pong. If you are adding your CBD at this step, flatten the ball and drop the CBD oil directly in the middle. Then roll it back up. You should be able to make 10-12 energy balls in total.
Cover your plate with saran-wrap or place energy balls in a covered container. Let them sit in the freezer for at least one hour.
Remove from freezer and roll each energy ball in the coconut flakes. If you can successfully control yourself from eating every. single. one. all in one sitting, store extras in the fridge or freezer for up to one week.
